Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

Prepare the cookies: Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into squares or use a cookie cutter.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until firm. Let cool.

Prepare the dulce de leche: Heat the sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and golden brown.

Assemble the Chocotorta: Dip each cookie into the dulce de leche, then stack in a serving dish.

Prepare the chocolate ganache: Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat.

Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.

Add butter and stir until combined.

Pour the chocolate ganache over the cookies.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.

1 can(14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup halal-certified dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
