Peel and cube a few large russet potatoes.

Place the cubed potatoes in a bowl.

Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika to the potatoes.

Shake the bowl to coat the potatoes evenly with the seasonings.

Place the seasoned potatoes into a 400-degree air fryer for 25 minutes.

With about 12 minutes left on the potatoes, add a pound of ground beef and a diced onion to a hot skillet.

Add the listed seasonings to the skillet and cook until the meat is browned.

Pour the crispy potatoes into the skillet with the cooked ground beef and onions.

Top the mixture with cheese and leftover bacon from breakfast.

Pop the skillet into the oven for a couple of minutes until everything is melted.

Garnish with chopped green onions and a drizzle of sauce.
