Season bone-in pork chops with seasoning salt.

Sear the pork chops in a little butter over medium-high heat for about a minute per side.

Pour chicken broth into the slow cooker and add a few cubes of butter.

Place the seared pork chops on top of the broth and butter in the slow cooker.

Spoon the whole can of apple pie filling on top of the pork chops.

In a bowl, combine the stovetop stuffing mix with chicken broth and melted butter.

Spread the stuffing mixture on top of the apple pie filling.

Cover and cook on low.

1 can apple pie filling

Tips
The searing step is optional, but recommended.
Fresh apples seasoned with spices can be used instead of apple pie filling.
If you do not want to use or do not have stovetop stuffing, there is a homemade option on the creator's website.
Serve each chop with a helping of the apple and stuffing mixture on top.
The dish is great with sliced onions or dried cranberries added.
