Pour uncooked macaroni into the bottom of a disposable baking dish.

Add two large blocks of Velveeta in the bottom of the dish.

Cut a stick of butter into little pieces and drop around the macaroni.

Pour in one pint of heavy whipping cream on top of the macaroni.

Pour in half a gallon of milk.

Season with your favorite barbecue rub.

Sprinkle freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top.

Add pepper jack on top of that.

Cover with foil and place in the smoker.

Cook for at least two hours.

Take the foil off and mix all the ingredients up.

Add two cups of ground up Cheez-Its.

Spray the top with canola oil cooking spray.

Add some more barbecue rub.

Smoke this for another 20 to 30 minutes.

Scoop the mac and cheese out of the center and serve.

0.5 gallon milk
4 tablespoons barbecue rub
sharp cheddar cheese
pepper jack
2 cups Cheez-Its
canola oil cooking spray
