Directions
- 1Cut the potato into cubes.

- 3Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
- 4Add olive oil to the hot pan and add the cubed potatoes.
- 5Fry the potatoes on all sides.
- 6Season with salt and pepper, then remove them.
- 7Add a little more oil to the pan and add the chicken breast.
- 8Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- 9Add the onion and mushrooms.
- 10Cook for five minutes.
- 11Add the potatoes and vegetable broth.
- 12Let it reduce for two minutes.
- 13Add cream and cheese.
- 14Sprinkle with parsley.
- 15Cover for five minutes.
