Pour uncooked macaroni into the bottom of a disposable baking dish.

Add large blocks of Velveeta cheese to the bottom of the dish.

Cut one stick of butter into pieces and drop it around the macaroni.

Pour one pint of heavy whipping cream on top of the macaroni noodles.

Pour a half gallon of milk into the dish, making sure to submerge the noodles.

Season with your favorite barbecue rub.

Add shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top.

Add pepper jack cheese on top of that.

Cover with foil and put in the smoker.

Preheat smoker to 275 degrees. Cook macaroni for at least 2 hours.

After 2 hours, remove foil, take a spoon and start mixing it all up, making sure that all that Velveeta gets mixed in.

Add 2 cups of ground up Cheez-Its.

Spray cooking spray on top of the Cheez-Its.

Sprinkle more of that barbecue rub on top.

Smoke for another 20 to 30 minutes.
