Remove the plastic piece on the bottom of the ham.

Toss ham on the smoker at 225 degrees for 10 hours.

Remove the ham when it reaches 170 degrees internal.

In a pot over medium heat, add butter, peach preserves and barbecue rub.

Transfer the ham to a pan and add water into the bottom of the pan.

Pour glaze over the top of the ham and wrap in foil.

Put it back on the smoker and kick up the temperature to 275 degrees for 6 hours.

Remove the ham from the smoker when it reaches over 200 degrees.

Let it rest and shred.

some barbecue rub
1 cup water
