- 1Prepare the chocolate cake batter by whisking ingredients together.
- 2Add oil to the mixture.
- 3Add milk to the mixture.
- 4Sift cocoa powder into the mixture and whisk until well combined.
- 5Pour the chocolate cake batter into a baking pan.
- 6Bake the cake.
- 7Add egg yolks to the cheesecake mixture and mix well.
- 8Spread the first layer of cheesecake mixture over the baked chocolate cake.
- 9Place whole Oreo cookies on top of the first cheesecake layer.
- 10Pipe the remaining cheesecake mixture over the Oreos and spread evenly.
- 11Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies on top of the cheesecake layer.
- 12Pipe and spread another layer of cheesecake mixture over the crushed Oreos.
- 13Pour melted Oreo cream as the top layer.
- 14Cut the cheesecake into individual slices.
