Directions
- 1Combine chocolate, melted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- 2Add flour, cocoa, and salt; mix well.
- 3Stir in chocolate chips.
- 4Pour batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 5In another bowl, combine burnt butter (cooked over low heat until light brown), brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- 6Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and espresso. Mix until well combined.
- 7Stir in chocolate chips.
- 8Spoon cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
- 9Swirl the brownie batter over the cookie dough using a spatula.
- 10Bake at 170°C for 45-55 minutes.
