Directions

  1. 1Take one package of sour cream.
  2. 2Add one egg.
  3. 3Add sugar.
  4. 4Add milk.
  5. 5Add vanilla extract.
  6. 6Add flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  7. 7Mix it all together.
  8. 8Using a cookie scoop, place the mixture on a skillet pan with butter and olive oil on medium heat.
  9. 9Fry four levivot at each time.
  10. 10When you see bubbles, flip them to the other side.
  11. 11Place the levivot on a nice plate.
  12. 12Powder sugar on top and enjoy.
  13. 13Serve with jam.
