Finely chop the cilantro.

Slice the onion.

Roughly chop the roma tomatoes.

Slice and dice the jalapeno, removing the seeds if desired.

Season both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder, ground cumin, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the pork chops in batches.

Remove the seared pork chops from the pan and set aside.

Add onion and jalapeno to the same pan and cook until the onion starts to caramelize.

Add the chopped tomatoes, cilantro, water, tomato sauce, and chicken bouillon to the pan.

Simmer the sauce until the tomatoes begin to break down.

Add the pork chops to the pan, coating them evenly with the salsa mixture.

Cover the pan and cook on medium-low heat.

1 can tomato sauce
