Directions
- 1Add freeze-dried strawberry into blender and blend until it turns into powder.
- 2Add one cup maple syrup, half cup water, and vanilla bean paste into a saucepan.
- 3Keep it on the heat for eight minutes once it comes to a boil.
- 4Add quarter cup gelatin and room temperature water into a bowl and mix it well.
- 5Add gelatin to the maple syrup mixture and then mix it until it gets combined.
- 6Move that to a bigger bowl and beat it up until it gets whipped cream consistency.
- 7Add strawberry powder and mix well.
- 8Transfer to a container and let it cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
