Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix 1 cup of sugar and the zest of 3 lemons.
- 2Add 1 cup of boiling water and mix until dissolved.
- 3Juice the 3 lemons and strain the juice.
- 4Add 0.5% of sorbet stabilizer.
- 5Chill in an ice cream maker or freeze, taking it out every 30 minutes to whisk.
- 6Serve in a lemon half.
