Directions
- 1Mix milk and lemon juice and set aside.
- 2In a bowl mix eggs, sweetener, milk and lemon juice mixture, and melted butter until foamy.
- 3Add vanilla essence, orange zest, oat or wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- 4Add red food coloring.
- 5In another bowl, mix cream cheese with sweetener, one egg and vanilla essence.
- 6Start assembling brownie. Add 3/4 of red velvet mixture, entire cheesecake mix and the remaining red velvet mix.
- 7Make drawings with a knife.
- 8Bake at 180C for 25 minutes.
- 9Let it cool completely.
- 10Cut and decorate.
