Directions
- 1Dump your vanilla splits into your blender.
- 2Add 1/3 cup of water and 3/4 cup of alcohol.
- 3Add a slightly rounded heaping cup of sugar and two tablespoons of corn syrup.
- 4Mix on high for at least two minutes until it turns a dark color and the texture is very fine and smooth.
- 5Add 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum.
- 6Mix on low.
