Directions
- 1Pour graham cracker crumbs into a glass bowl.
- 2Add melted butter to the graham cracker crumbs.
- 3Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- 4Spoon the crumb mixture into the silicone muffin mold.
- 5Place a paper muffin liner on top of the mixture.
- 6Press the mixture down firmly with a small glass to form the crust.
- 7Remove the paper muffin liner.
- 8Transfer cream cheese into a glass bowl.
- 9Add granulated sugar to the cream cheese.
- 10Mix the cream cheese and sugar using a mixer until smooth.
- 11Sift all-purpose flour into the cream cheese mixture.
- 12Add an egg to the mixture.
- 13Mix all ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
- 14Pour the cheesecake batter into a piping bag.
- 15Pipe the cheesecake batter onto the prepared crusts in the silicone mold.
- 16Place the silicone mold with the cheesecakes into the oven to bake.
- 17Once baked, remove the cheesecakes from the oven.
- 18Pipe caramel topping onto some of the baked cheesecakes.
- 19Carefully remove the mini cheesecakes from the silicone mold.
