Directions
- 1Melt the chocolate with the butter using a double boiler or microwave.
- 2In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes frothy and whitened.
- 3Pour in the melted chocolate and mix with a spatula, lifting the mixture.
- 4Add the flour and cocoa, mixing gently with a spatula.
- 5Transfer the brownie mixture into a 25cm cake pan lined with parchment paper.
- 6For the cookie dough, mix the melted butter with the brown sugar.
- 7Add the vanilla extract and the egg, then mix.
- 8Add the flour and mix until a cookie dough is formed.
- 9Add the chocolate chips to the cookie dough and mix.
- 10Place pieces of the cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
- 11Cover the cookie dough pieces with more brownie batter.
- 12Add extra chocolate chips and sea salt on top.
- 13Bake for 25-30 minutes at 190°C.
