Directions
- 1Cut the already baked Brookies into squares.
- 2Cut the butter and dark chocolate into pieces and melt them in a double boiler.
- 3Pour the melted butter and dark chocolate into a bowl with white sugar and brown sugar, then mix.
- 4Add two eggs and vanilla to the mixture, then whisk until well combined.
- 5Sift flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt into the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- 6Add chocolate chips to the brownie batter and mix.
- 7In a separate bowl, cream together soft butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
- 8Add one egg and vanilla to the cookie mixture and mix well.
- 9Sift flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt into the wet cookie ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- 10Add chocolate chips to the cookie dough and mix.
- 11Pour the brownie batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
- 12Place dollops of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
- 13Cover the cookie dough dollops with more brownie batter and spread it out carefully.
- 14Add more dollops of cookie dough on top of the second brownie layer for marbling.
- 15Optionally, sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top before baking.

Tips
