Directions
- 1Drizzle honey onto parchment paper placed on a baking tray.
- 2Place a slice of butter on top of the honey.
- 3Sprinkle brown sugar over the butter.
- 4Sprinkle cinnamon over the brown sugar.
- 5Arrange apple slices on top of the cinnamon.
- 6Place a square of puff pastry over the apple slices.
- 7Brush the puff pastry with egg wash.
- 8Repeat the process to create six apple tarts on the baking tray.
- 9Bake until golden brown and caramelized.
- 10Carefully remove a tart from the baking tray using a spatula.
- 11Flip the tart onto a plate so the apples are on top.
