Directions
- 1Take the blueberry basque burnt cheesecake out of the oven.
- 2Put butter in a pan.
- 3Add biscuit crumbs to the pan.

- 5Prepare the baking pan by lining it with baking paper.
- 6Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- 7Put cream cheese into a bowl.
- 8Add sugar to the cream cheese.
- 9Mix the cream cheese and sugar.
- 10Add protein yogurt to the mixture.
- 11Pour in some cream.
- 12Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer.
- 13Cut a vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds.
- 14Add the vanilla to the mixture.
- 15Mix the vanilla into the cheesecake batter with the electric mixer until well combined.
- 16Pour the cheesecake batter over the biscuit crust in the baking pan.
- 17Put blueberries into a bowl.
- 18Add flour to the blueberries.
- 19Toss the blueberries with flour.
- 20Place the floured blueberries on top of the cheesecake batter.
- 21Place the cheesecake in the oven.
- 22Take the finished cheesecake out of the oven.
