Directions
- 1Cut home style biscuit dough pieces in half.
- 2Grease cupcake pan with butter.
- 3Add 1 tsp shredded Italian cheese to each slot of cupcake pan.
- 4Roll/press biscuit dough pieces in each slot.
- 5Layer with 1/2 tsp marinara, thick piece of mozzarella, another layer of biscuit dough, 1/2 tsp marinara, mozzarella cheese & mini pepperonis.
- 6Melt 2 tbsp butter in the microwave with 1 tbsp garlic & parsley.
- 7Pour garlic butter over tops of biscuits.
- 8Bake at 375 for 15 min.
- 9Top with grated parmesan.
