Directions
- 1Cook some sugar until it melts and becomes golden.
- 2Add in some warm milk and continue cooking until the caramel melts and becomes smooth.
- 3Add in the coffee powder along with the cornflour slurry and cook until the pudding thickens.
- 4Immediately transfer it into a greased pan and refrigerate it.
- 5Once it sets completely, cut it into cubes.
- 6Dust it with some cocoa powder.
