Quick Noodles with Sausage and Eggs

Directions

  1. 1Add instant noodles into some boiling water.
  2. 2Cook the noodles for just two minutes.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, add in two eggs, one pinch of salt, and some black pepper.
  4. 4Whisk the ingredients together well until combined and then set aside for now.
  5. 5In a saucepan over medium heat, add in one tablespoon of butter.
  6. 6Melt the butter down.
  7. 7Add three chopped garlic cloves.
  8. 8Sauté the garlic until your kitchen smells absolutely wonderful.
  9. 9Now it's time to add in red bell pepper and green bell pepper.
  10. 10Sauté the bell peppers until they are a little bit wilted.
  11. 11Add the noodles from earlier.
  12. 12Mix everything together.
  13. 13Push the noodles to one side of the pan.
  14. 14Add in the eggs.
  15. 15Cook the eggs until they form a scrambled egg and then set them aside with the noodles.
  16. 16Add in some sausages and cook them.
  17. 17Once the sausages are fried, mix everything together.
  18. 18Add one tablespoon of soy sauce.
  19. 19Mix again.
  20. 20Turn off the heat and serve on a plate.

Tips

  • Cook carefully and always stir the ingredients in the pan.
  • Be careful with the amount of soy sauce you add since it's already salty, so you don't need to add much extra salt.
