Directions
- 1Combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.
- 2Melt butter and mix with brown sugars.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 4Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Add in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- 5Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- 6Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the batter.
- 7Top with the remaining batter, and add more Oreos and white chocolate chips to the top, if desired.
- 8Bake at 325°F for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean.
