Directions
- 1Add one can of peaches (450 grams) to a strainer to remove the syrup and separate the fruit.
- 2Add the peach pieces to a blender, cover, and blend well.
- 3Add the blended peaches to a bowl and add one can of condensed milk (approximately 400 grams). Mix both ingredients together.
- 4In another bowl, add 500 ml of well-chilled whipped cream and beat it with a hand mixer until it hardens.
- 5Add the peach mixture to the whipped cream and mix lightly.
- 6Chop an 80-gram chocolate bar into small pieces and transfer them to the ice cream mixture. Mix lightly.
- 7Add the mixture to a larger bowl and spread it evenly. Freeze for four hours.
