Directions
- 1Start by making brown butter in a saucepan over low heat until it turns golden brown.
- 2Add the brown butter to a bowl with ¾ cup of cocoa powder.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine 3 eggs with ¾ cup of light brown sugar and whisk until light and fluffy.
- 4Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture.
- 5Add ¾ cup of flour, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt and mix well.
- 6Stir in ½ cup of chocolate chips.
- 7Pour the batter into an 8x8 baking pan.
- 8Bake in a 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes.
