Directions
- 1Dice 2 cups of strawberries
- 2Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the diced strawberries
- 3Mix the strawberries and lemon juice
- 4Sift 1 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 5Add 1/4 cup unsalted butter and 4 ounces cream cheese in a stand mixer bowl
- 6Cream together on low speed
- 7Add 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8Add 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 9Crack 2 large eggs
- 10Add 1/2 cup of dry ingredients at a time
- 11Add in 6 ounces of white chocolate chips
- 12Drain the strawberries
- 13Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour over strawberries
- 14Stir to coat
- 15Fold strawberries into cookie dough
- 16Refrigerate cookie dough for 10 minutes
- 17Grease cookie sheet
- 18Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the dough
- 19Space dough balls 2 inches apart
- 20Bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are golden
