- 8Fold in heavy whipping cream that has been whipped to stiff peaks into the cheesecake mixture.
- 9Dump the cheesecake mixture onto your cooled apple blondies and spread it evenly.
- 10Once the cheesecake layer sets up, you have beautiful apple blondie cheesecake bars.
- 11Top them with a brown butter maple icing.
