Directions
- 1Cook off the sausages in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 200°C.
- 2Once the sausages are done, cut each one into 6 pieces.
- 3Add the sliced onion to the slow cooker.
- 4Add the cooked and cut sausages to the slow cooker.
- 5Pour in two tins of beans into the slow cooker.
- 6Add one tin of chopped tomatoes to the slow cooker.
- 7Add 200g of diced smoked bacon to the slow cooker.
- 8Add 1 tsp of minced garlic, 2 tsp of parsley, a vegetable stock pot, 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the slow cooker.
- 9Stir all ingredients well in the slow cooker.
- 10Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 7 hours.
- 11Add 600g of mashed potato on top of the bean and sausage mixture.
- 12Spread the mashed potato evenly with a fork.
- 13Top with 150g of grated cheese.
- 14Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
- 15Cook for another hour on high until the cheese is melted.
- 16Serve alongside some vegetables like peas and carrots.

Tips
