Directions
- 1In a large bowl, add brown sugar, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
- 2Add egg and mix well using a hand mixer for about a minute.
- 3Add vanilla extract and mix again.
- 4Sift flour, salt, and baking soda into the mixture.
- 5Mix slowly using the hand mixer until combined.
- 6Add chocolate chips and mix again very slowly.
- 7Chill the dough for about 30 minutes to make it easier to scoop.
- 8Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat.
- 9Bake for 8 minutes at 350°F (177°C).
