Go to the store and get an onion, bell pepper, garlic, your favorite brand of smoked sausage, and your favorite cut of pork chops.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Add some oil to a magnus lite and drop the seasoned pork chops in.

Sear the pork chops until they get a beautiful color, then remove and set aside.

To the remaining flavor in the pot, add the smoked sausage, onion, and bell pepper.

Sauté the sausage and vegetables down.

Add in the garlic.

Put the pork chops back into the pot along with all the drippings.

Top it off with water.

Toss in a couple of bay leaves.

Add Southern Made Creole Seasoning.

Bring it to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, cooking low and slow for about an hour and a half, adding water as needed.

Remove the top and serve over rice with your favorite sides.

Southern Made Creole Seasoning

Tips
Season pork chops with only salt and pepper to develop a nice sear without burning spices.
Add water as needed during simmering.
If you ain't sneezing, it ain't seasoned.
