Directions
- 1Add the melted butter, coffee, brown sugar, and white sugar to a bowl.
- 2Mix everything well until a creamy mass is obtained.
- 3Add the eggs.
- 4Using a fine colander, add the flour and cocoa powder.
- 5Sift it.
- 6Crush the lumps with a spoon.
- 7Now add the salt, mix well and add the chopped chocolate.
- 8Mix it all again and pass the brownie batter to a mold.
- 9Cook the brownie at 180ºC for 30-35 minutes. Depends on each oven.
- 10Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 1-2 hours.
- 11Unmold it and enjoy it.
