Mash banana in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

Add the nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract; mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.

Stir in the protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and rolled oats.

Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms and fold in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or raisins.

Use a spoon or cookie scoop to form small rounds.

Place on the baking sheet and flatten slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges.

Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
