Directions
- 1Microwave dark chocolate and butter for 1 minute.
- 2Add eggs, caster sugar, and brown sugar to a bowl.
- 3Whisk together.
- 4Add the egg yolk and vanilla essence and whisk.
- 5Pour the chocolate mixture in.
- 6Add all purpose flour and black cocoa powder.
- 7Mix until combined.
- 8Pour mixture into a baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes at 175°C.
- 9Cut into squares.
