Directions
- 1Combine 1 cup of flour and half a cup of cocoa.
- 2Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the flour and cocoa mixture.

- 4In a new bowl, add half a cup of melted and cooled butter.
- 5Add one cup of white sugar to the butter.
- 6Add a fourth cup of brown sugar to the mixture.
- 7Add two eggs to the wet ingredients.
- 8Add two teaspoons of vanilla to the wet ingredients.
- 9Whisk the wet ingredients until well combined.
- 10Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a brownie batter-like consistency is achieved.
- 11Cover the dough and chill it for at least two hours or overnight in the fridge.
- 12Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- 13Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 14Take the chilled dough and roll it into small balls using a number 40 cookie scoop.
- 15Roll the dough balls first in granulated sugar and then in powdered sugar.
- 16Place the sugared dough balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- 17Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.

Tips
