Whipped Brown Butter with Roasted Garlic

Directions

  1. 1Roast garlic bulbs in the oven after drizzling olive oil over them, wrapped in aluminum foil.
  2. 2In a pot, brown the butter over medium heat.
  3. 3Remove browned butter from heat and immediately pour into a bowl with ice cubes to stop the cooking process.
  4. 4Add the roasted garlic cloves to the browned butter and whisk until creamy.
  5. 5Stir in the parsley.
  6. 6Spread the whipped brown butter on toasted bread slices.
