Combine two cans of cream corn into a large mixing bowl.

Add one can of fire-roasted corn to the bowl.

Pour in one box of Jiffy cornbread mix.

Add six tablespoons of melted butter.

Mix in half a cup of sour cream.

Add eight strips of crumbled bacon.

Crack and add two eggs to the mixture.

Add two de-seeded and diced jalapenos.

Pour in an 8-ounce bag of Fiesta blend shredded cheese.

Tips
