Directions
- 1Crush the Biscoff cookies and put them in a plastic bag.
- 2Transfer the crushed cookies to a bowl.
- 3Melt the butter and add to the bowl with the crushed cookies.
- 4Add brown sugar and mix everything together.
- 5Transfer the mix to a baking form and flatten it.
- 6Whip the heavy cream into stiff peaks.
- 7Mix cream cheese with sugar until well incorporated.
- 8Add powdered sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla until all smooth.
- 9Add in 1/2 cup of Biscoff spread until combined.
- 10Fold in half of the whipped cream with a spatula.
- 11Add the remaining whipped cream folding it gently.
- 12Add half the mixture to the crust.
- 13Add a layer of Biscoff spread.
- 14Top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- 15Swirl on extra biscoff for design and top with crumbs/cookies.
