Juice one cup worth of Key Lime juice.

Add the lime juice to a bowl with 28 ounces of sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream and 1/2 cup of sour cream.

Stir the mixture together.

Add one tablespoon of lime zest, one tablespoon of vanilla bean paste and three egg yolks to the mixture.

Whisk it together until it is nice and creamy.

Crush up vanilla wafers and graham crackers.

Add one cup of each to a bowl with 1/2 cup of light brown sugar and eight tablespoons of melted butter.

Mix it all together.

Add the crust mixture to a pie pan and press it in.

Add the filling to the pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Let it cool in the fridge for no less than four hours.

Finish it off with some whipped cream, use your homemade vanilla bean whipped cream if you have it.
