Directions
- 1Melt unsalted butter and one cup of chocolate chips in a pan.
- 2Add 1/2 cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 3 eggs and vanilla paste to a bowl and whisk.
- 3Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl.
- 4Add 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp of baking soda and 1/2 tsp of cornstarch to the bowl and mix.
- 5Add chocolate chips to the bowl and mix.
- 6Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 7Add chocolate chips on top.
- 8Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 mins.
- 9Cut the brownies into squares.
