Directions
- 1Bake and mash about six sweet potatoes.
- 2Add 1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk.
- 3Add one cup of brown sugar.
- 4Add three large eggs.
- 5Add about 1 tbsp of vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract).
- 6Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and a half a teaspoon of nutmeg.
- 7Add one stick of unsalted melted butter and mix until well combined.
- 8Pour the filling into two deep dish pie crusts.
- 9Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 40 minutes.
