- 1Crush the Oreos in a food processor.
- 2Combine APF, crushed Oreos, black cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

- 5Pour hot water and vegetable oil into the wet ingredients and mix.
- 6Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.
- 7Pour the cake batter into mini cake pans.
- 8Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
- 9Mix sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, and vanilla to make the milk mixture.
- 10Pour the milk mixture over the baked cakes.
- 11In a bowl, whip cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form to make the whipped cream.
- 12Fold in crushed Oreos to the whipped cream.
- 13Top the cakes with Oreo whipped cream.
- 14Garnish with Oreo crumbs and a full Oreo cookie.
