Directions
- 1Microwave dark chocolate and butter for 1 minute.
- 2Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup caster sugar, and 1/4 cup brown sugar to a bowl.
- 3Whisk the ingredients together.
- 4Add 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and whisk again.
- 5Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl and whisk everything together.
- 6Add 1/2 cup all purpose flour and 1/4 cup black cocoa powder to the bowl.
- 7Mix everything together.
- 8Pour the mixture into a baking tray.
- 9Bake for 25-30 minutes at 175°C.
- 10Cut and serve.
