Directions
- 1Mix the whipped fresh cheese mold, protein powder, sweetener, pinch of salt, cinnamon powder (3 to 5 grams), and two lotus cookies.
- 2Take the mold where you are going to put the mixture, for example, a chocolate bar-shaped mold.
- 3Pick up another lotus cookie and make bits and pieces around the mold.
- 4Pour the mixture on top of the cookie bits.
- 5Optionally, top with cinnamon powder.
- 6Take it to the freezer until it's frozen.
- 7Enjoy the lotus-flavored tablet.
