Directions
- 1Add crushed biscuits and melted butter to a bowl and mix until combined.
- 2Scoop the biscuit mixture into cupcake cases and press it down firmly.
- 3Whisk double cream until stiff peaks form.
- 4Add cream cheese, icing sugar, and melted Kinder chocolate to another bowl and whisk until creamy and smooth.
- 5Fold in half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- 6Scoop the mixture onto your biscuit base and smooth it out.
- 7Freeze for 20 minutes.
- 8Pipe the remaining whipped cream on top of the cheesecakes.
- 9Drizzle with chocolate.
- 10Add a chunk of Kinder Bueno on top.
