Directions
- 1Crush 22 Oreos.
- 2Mix the crushed Oreos with 5 tablespoons of melted butter.
- 3Press half of the Oreo mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 4Pour 2 cups of heavy cream into a bowl.
- 5Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- 6Add 2/3 cup of condensed milk to the whipped cream.
- 7Mix the cream and condensed milk, then fold in some of the crushed Oreos until combined.
- 8Spread the cream mixture over the Oreo base in the baking pan.
- 9Top with the remaining crushed Oreo mixture, pressing gently.
- 10Freeze for about 2 hours.
- 11Slice into individual ice cream sandwiches.
