Directions
- 1Drop a stick of melted butter into a 9x13 baking dish.
- 2Add 3 cups of cooked, shredded chicken.
- 3Spread the chicken out in a layer across the bottom of the baking dish.
- 4Season the chicken with pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- 5Add a bag of frozen mixed vegetables as a layer on top of the chicken.
- 6Get a mixing bowl.
- 7Add one box of Red Lobster Biscuit Mix, 2 cups of milk, and the seasoning packet to the mixing bowl.
- 8Whisk until beautifully combined.
- 9Add half a cup of cheddar cheese to the biscuit mix and mix it in.
- 10Pour the biscuit mix on top of the vegetables.
- 11Keep the mixing bowl and add a can of cream of chicken soup and a cup of chicken broth to it.
- 12Whisk until beautifully combined.
- 13Pour the chicken soup and chicken broth mixture on top of the biscuit mix.
- 14Put the whole thing in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 55 minutes.
- 15When it comes out, it should be golden brown.
- 16Sprinkle parsley on top to make it look fancy.
- 17Once it's cooled off, cut a piece out with a spatula and put it on a plate.
- 18Scoop up a big bite with a fork and eat it.
