Directions
- 1Measure out 8.5 grams of zero sugar jello mix in a container, it's ok if it measures as 10 grams.
- 2Add one cup of boiling water and mix until combined and the jello mix is thoroughly dissolved.
- 3Let sit for 10 minutes until it's not hot.
- 4Add 227 grams of plain non-fat greek yogurt.
- 5Mix it until it doesn't look weird.
- 6Put it in the fridge for an hour or two.
- 7Add some fat free ready whip on top.
