Directions
- 1Melt chocolate and butter together and let that cool on the side.
- 2In a bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, and salt until pale and fluffy.
- 3Add the melted chocolate mixture to the bowl and mix.
- 4Sift in cocoa powder and flour, then gently fold them into the mixture.
- 5Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan. You can add nuts and chocolate chips at this stage.
- 6Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
- 7Let cool completely before cutting.
