Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar, and 1 cup melted butter.
- 2Add 2 eggs and 2 tsp vanilla extract to the bowl and whisk.
- 3Add 2 tbsp milk and whisk until combined.
- 4In a separate bowl, combine 3 cups all-purpose flour, 3/4 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cornstarch and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
- 5Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- 6Add chocolate chips to the mixture and mix.
- 7Place 8 graham cracker halves on a baking tray.
- 8Place 1 jumbo marshmallow on top of each graham cracker half.
- 9Place a piece of milk chocolate on top of each marshmallow.
- 10Place a portion of the cookie dough on top of each marshmallow and flatten slightly.
- 11Bake at 350F for 13 minutes.
